Chicken Lasagna: Family Style
Our take on traditional lasagna…with chicken. Layers of tender pasta, Mozzarella, Ricotta and Parmesan cheeses, and a medley of fresh vegetables, with eggplant and tomato to name a few.
pasta, three-cheese blend, eggplant, tomato, breaded chicken cutlet (jumbo chicken tenders, seasoned panko bread crumbs, egg wash, flour), marinara (olive oil, white onion, valoroso tomato, tomato paste, tomato puree, salt, pepper mix, garlic cloves, fresh basil)
For best quality, thaw under refrigeration for 24 hours.
- preheat oven to 350º
- bake, covered, for 1-1/2 hours
- remove lid and parchment paper and continue to bake until top browns to your liking, approximately 20-30 minutes, or until inside reads 165º
For safety we recommend all products are reheated to an internal temperature of 165º.
